All items are appropriately packed to guarantee that your order will arrive in mint
condition.
If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping or if we have made
an error, do not return it, but notify us. Please keep all the packing materials. If
you refuse delivery of an item please let us know.
Sketches Return Policy
Please contact us immediately if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason.
You may return items for a refund within 14 days of receiving merchandise.
Returns will not be accepted if merchandise is returned more than 14 days after it
was received or if damaged or otherwise non-resalable.
Returns Procedure:
Please notify us of all returns before proceeding. We will give you a RMA#. We are
not responsible for returns which do not have a RMA#. Once you have notified us,
please repackage the item in the original shipping materials and be sure to include
your RMA number clearly on the outside. We recommend that you send your
return via an insured carrier with tracking and appropriate insurance to the
